NEC Corporation and Netcracker Technology today announced that Rakute, the leading Japanese Internet service providers, have selected Netcracker's next-generation digital businesses and operations solutions that are detrimental to the mobile network's startup market strategy.
Rakuten will break through the end-of-the-line BSS of Netcracker, delivering consistent and high-quality digital experiences through communication channels.
With Netcracker's digital BSS, Rakute will use more efficient and dynamic tools to improve customer commitment, such as the Rakuten Super Loyalty program, while boosting the entire Rakut ecosystem.
Next-generation Netcracker solutions Rakuten will allow client purchases, commitments, onboarding processes, travel management, referrals, loyalty and easy-to-use cycle management. Customized and optimized digital customer experience will allow purchases to be made through billing.
Rakute has selected the NEC to unify the selected OSS joint solution to launch its mobile operator (MNO) and perform subsequent operations. Integrated OSS platform will enable virtualization and end-to-end wireless wireless network, complete digital network automation and operations, loop automation skills and optimization.
