Samsung announces a compatible Samsung smartwatches on Samsung Pay platform.
When talking about media communication in Johannesburg, Samsung Pay Project Lead Philip Henning has said that Samsung Pay may pay for purchases with their Samsung smartwatch in the near future.
"We will launch a new feature soon," said Henning.
This added support for portable payments continues with the latest Samsung Pay application and its user interface.
Paying with Samsung smartwatch is only supported with NFC technology. This means that you will not be able to pay for POS terminals that do not accept payment.
The following Samsung laptops are supported on the Samsung Pay platform:
- Samsung Gear S3 Classic
- Samsung Galaxy Watch
- Samsung Gear S3 Frontier
- Samsung Gear Sport
To use Samsung Pay on smartwatch, users do not need to connect their laptop to Samsung Pay to start their own clock by pressing the back button in seconds.
After the Samsung Pay app appears, smartwatch users can select their card to complete the purchase.
As an additional security measure, the Samsung Pay application on your smartphone asks the user to enter a PIN if the user detects a rupture between the guardian and the user's body.
UI Changes and App Payments
Henning offers a redesigned Samsung Payer user interface that offers better accessibility by adding dedicated Feed and Home Votes, vertically and horizontally, how to apply it vertically.
He also said that the negotiations with South African banks in South America will continue to be applied, and faster aid for more banks will be applied.
Samsung Pay now also supports the application payments, he added.
This allows users to check online purchases directly and from the Samsung Pay application, even though this feature can only be purchased by the unplanned App Store purchases.
