Hantavirus in prison too | Magadalenan, …

The spread of transmitted diseases of the Colilargo mice continues to grow in the province of Buenos Aires. There, in 9 cases, the virus spread through the mouse and in the Pataonia circulation as an inter-human way. The last effect is a 40-year-old man, who was imprisoned in Magdalena prison, to a hospital complex of Buenos Aires.

He felt a man, joint, and mental illness in the head that led to a sentence of article 28 of the Criminal Unit. In prison, the Health Unit, with similar symptoms of influenza, carried out exams for the hantavirus contraction, and was taken to the San Juan de Dios hospital in La Plata.

The Memoria Foru Komisio (CPM) has already called for the prevention and deactivity actions to be applied in jails, police stations, closed youth centers and neuropsychiatric hospitals in Buenos Aires, to eliminate the virus transmitted by mouse.

According to the CPM, according to the inspections carried out in prisons, "there was a lot of concern about the lack of hygiene in the spaces where the rodents and detainees retain themselves, because these two sites were very good for spreading the spread of the disease."
