Parents often have other concerns before they are born to care for their newborn vaccinations plan. For this reason, they are based on pediatric advice, usually five times the breast, like diphtheria, tetanus, cough, polio and haemophilus influenzae (meningitis). The child is inserted in a clear and specific rhythm: doses, two, 2, 4, 6, and 15 and 23 years.
This procedure is in line with the recommendations of the Federal Public Health Office (FOPH), which plans the vaccine with the Federal Cancer Issues (Ekif) Federal Commission.
The baby could be inserted completely
Impfplan 2019 wants to change this practice today, as the research reveals. Specifically, in the future, the primary vaccination of the baby vaccine will be rejected in a dose (6-month) vaccine. This is about the change in the Swedish vaccine model. Swedes and other European countries for the first time in children 3, 5 and 12 months, three times instead of four times.
Swiss pediatricians should endorse March-end recommendation 2 + 1 in this scheme. This means that the third vaccine doses disappears completely in the first half of the year, the fourth dose has progressed to 12 months.
Already today, pediatricians are continuously vaccinated, according to the Swedish model, and therefore discard the vaccine dosage. According to the Federal Public Health Vaccine Plan, this is not a problem. A child can be "fully embedded" in this case too. New medical sources, apparently, all women set the Swedish model.
They are silent about BAG and Ekif changes, and the pediatric professional associations want information about what they need to do only in March. Then 2019 vaccination plans will be officially announced. There are many reasons why changes occur. First of all, there are pediatricians who have long been aware that the dose of vaccine is excessive and that the current recommendation has been criticized. In fact, the federal vaccination plan also said "it is necessary to recommend the only dose of vaccine that is essentially necessary". In addition, pediatric shortage of vaccines for two years has led to a new handle: they did not take the fourth dose. As the vaccine plan is based on the latest findings on vaccine efficacy and safety (see box), doubts may be clarified: Many parents continue to be happy when their newborn babies are sprayed four or four times. There is nothing in the vaccine dosage, amount and composition.
Measles vaccine preferred
The new vaccine plan also recommends a baby vaccine against mosquitoes, stomachs and rubies earlier. Until now, babysitters have received a vaccine of 9 months, increasing the risk of infection. Among all the others, the vaccine was delayed for three months. It's about change: Children should receive a MMR vaccine every 9 and 12 months. Another change is the meningococcal vaccine, that is, from 12 to 18 months. Thanks to a new vaccine, it may take two years to come later.
The vaccine is voluntary
Discussions about vaccines often occur: the vaccine is voluntary. Those who vaccinate primarily protect the disease and disease. The Federal Public Office (BAG) distinguishes four levels of recommendation. The BAG means that the basic vaccines referred to in the text are "individual and public health". In principle: "The vaccine is recommended if the disease and its complications are greater than those that link diseases to vaccines" (Wan).
