Atikul Islam won the mayor of Dhaka north

Awami League's Atiqul Islam wins a broad spectrum in the mayor of Dhaka North City Corporation. It has won 1,295 centers. The winning 7 votes won over by Jatiya Party opponent Shafin Ahmed.

The foreign translator Abul Kasem presented the results of the Bangabandhu International Conference Hall on Thursday night. Dhaka has 1,255 centers in the north. Awami League candidate Atiqul Islam 8 lakh has got 39 thousand 302 votes in one of these centers. His closest rival Jatiya Party Shafin Ahmed got 52 thousand 429 votes.

According to the results, 31.5% of the vote was cast.

Among other candidates, the progressive Democratic Party (PDB) Shahin Khan received a total of 8,560 votes, the National Party of National Anisur Rahman Dewan (8), with 895 votes and 830 votes.

The Returning Officer will officially announce the results at the International Congress Center, on Friday, at 11:00 p.m.
