Kishoreganj-1 (Kishoreganj Sadar-Hossainpur Upazila) Awami League reelection former Secretary-General Gera Syed Ashraful Islama, late Syed Noor Zakia has nominated young sister candidate as candidate of the Awami League.

According to the announcement of the Electoral Commission, the deadline for submission of candidates will be until January 31, appointments nominated on February 3 and the retirement deadline will be 10 February. The elections will be held on February 28.
