Toronto Paramedics say the little girl was trampled on her neck and after her mother and another were injured.
Police and paramedics were called at Trudelle Street, McCowan Road and Eglinton Avenue East, at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
A Toronto Paramedics spokeswoman said the girl had taken her to a trauma center after she had been in her neck.
According to the spokesman, a woman in her 30s, the police later identified as a girlfriend, also taking a trauma center. Paramedics said that the woman had suffered from her brain's trauma.
A second child was also injured, but the nature of the injuries and the relationship between girls and women are very clear.
The Toronto police have said officers have a suspected male. The nine went to nine feet and saw him wearing white jackets. The police said he did not wear shoes.
