Diabetes risk: Sodas worse than other sugar foods, according to studies





Drinking too much sodas can cause your health negatively. In fact, your diabetes may increase the risk of other sugar foods, according to a new report.

Researchers at the University of Toronto, San Miguel and Toronto, have published a study published in the British Medical Journal to determine how sugar cancers affect blood glucose levels.

To do this, they analyzed previous studies on 155 subjects. Assessments have been evaluated by people with diabetes with less than 12 weeks of age and diabetes.

After analyzing the results, they have found most of the foods that contain fructose sugars, vegetables, fruits and natural fruit, which do not cause blood glucose levels. However, foods containing extra glucose, such as soft drinks, breakfast cereals, baking and sweets may be harmful.

Foods that add excessive foods to a "healthy diet", despite the fact that delicious drinks are particularly harmful.

"These findings can be helpful in preventing and managing diabetes," said John Sievenpiper, the main writer, in a statement. "But the evidence is low and high quality studies are required."

Analysts acknowledged some limitations, including small sample sizes, short-term monitoring, and limited number of foods. However, they have examined that deep and profound research was done.

Scientists are hoping to continue their research and demand more health care providers "are aware that the effects of fructose sugars containing blood glucose are rooted according to the source of energy and food."
