Google has extracted new monthly challenge exercises in its Google Fit app in your Yearly Resolution.
With the new update, users will achieve their goals every 30 days. They will also allow you to gather Card Points and Move Tables.
January's goal allows users to increase their heart rates with the exercise. They push harder, then they will receive more points.
The heart points earn points by heart pumping. For every minute of each moderate activity, users can get a Heart Point.
"Guess 150 Heart Points weekly, the American Heart Association (AHA) and the activities of the World Health Organization (WHO), to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve sleep, and increase welfare overall," he said. To google

Google offers suggestions to get more heart rate, for example:
- Go sledding with your children and earn Double Point Heart.
- Leap a snowblower and take a shovel. Although additional points are in your neighborhood yard.
- You will find this mountain in winter, with intense activities that allow you to double your skiing and snowboarding.
