BETHESDA, Md. – The information about 500 million people who have stayed at Starwood hotels has been corrupted and the Marriott says that its authorized access point is unveiled in 2014.
The company stated on Friday that the number of credit cards and some extinctions were some guests.
The Marriott said in September it was violating its database, the guest information related to Starwood reservations on September 10 or before.
The Marriott found it through research on information asked and encrypted by someone who says he is now removing information.
