Metro Vancouver homes fell sharply last year, according to B.C. The assessment, Vancouver Island, was one of the largest growth rates. Here are 5 of the best priced properties in the region, recently released by B.C. evaluation numbers
1. James Island – $ 56,757,000
The private island of 312 hectares is the most valuable residential property in the Vancouver Island region, one mile and the third one is B.C.
