The organ found in rural Strathcona, governed homicide

The main division of RCMP crimes told a man who was found dead in a rural property in Strathcona County on Thursday as a victim of homicide.

After conducting an autopsy to the head of a medical officer on Edmonton on Friday, the police identified the name of the deceased 25-year-old Gursumeet Singh Brar in Sherwood Park.

Continuous investigation is in the RCMP forensic identification section and with the support of the general section of Strathcona County, said RCMP Cpl. Chris Warren.

RCMP says that public safety is not compromised.

The police found a dead man at the Highway 14 and Range Road 231 in the Strathcona County 911 call on Thursday 8:34 a.m.
