The Vancouver Police has said that there is still evidence that a six-year-old sex girl has been corroborated by Sexsmith Elementary School and claims of sexual abuse in December.
The police said that they have investigated public advice through public and private interviews, examine the neighborhood and review video footage but can not verify the original story.
VPD Sgt. Jason Robillard said that this research is ongoing.
"We think it's important for parents, employees, students and larger communities to update," says Robillard.
"Investigating any complaint that affects personal safety, especially the health and safety of a child, is the Vancouver Police priority."
