Architecture designs a "skyscraper" skyscraper in Los Angeles
Architecture, a Miami-based office, shows images of the 53 story tower of Los Angeles downtown. The building can be used for two purposes: a residential community or a hotel. The Los Angeles City and its Department of Urban Development published a report on the impact of high-altitude 240-meter tower on pools with balance. The tower designed by Architectures is one of the projects developed around Pershing Square.
JMF Development is the Pershing Square building and a land situated on Hill Street, and is intended to build a tower structure around the historical structure. The project matches the balance and glass bottom combinations. Starting from the balcony, extrusions are becoming more and more effective until balancing pools are taken.
From two options programs, the former should host two, three or four-room rooms with 190 rooms, and support for guests and 126 parking spaces for parking vehicles. The second option would be a building, two, three or three rooms and other services, the ground floor retail space and 187 vehicles parking.
Restoration of the Pershing Square building begins in 2020. The tower, however, has not yet set the date.
