This Thursday, Walt Disney Studios planned the first trailer of The Lion King's Live Action.
The film director will be Jon Favreau, along with The Jungle Book, with the same format.
Among the original voices, Beyoncé Nala, Chiwetel Ejiofor (12 years as a slave), Scar, Seth Rogen Pumba, Donald Glover Simba and JAmes Earl Jones has been with Mufasa for 24 years.
"The dream of all the directors is to gather a talented talent for this classic," said the director in a statement by the studio.
The original version of The Lion King was released in 1994 and continues to be one of the biggest hits of Disney. Elton John won the Oscar for the song "Can you Feel the Love Tonight" and the Hans Zimmer soundtrack.
The new version continues with the adaptation of the classic Disney classic, just like Beauty and Beast, Cinderella, Maleficent and The Jungle Book.
