High blood pressure or high blood pressure is the most common cardiovascular disease. If there is a fifth of Czechs, many of them do not know about it. High pressure does not hurt, and the doctor does not reveal it during the study, can cause death.
Initially, high pressure is not noticeable, but if not treated, serious complications can arise. As a result, it causes a myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident or pulmonary embolism and affects the kidneys.
Doctors may decide to lower their blood pressure for medication. It's basically a healthy lifestyle, including daily movement. Patients should also reduce their smoking and alcohol and try to be healthier. Even food must be careful – some foods increase pressure.
