Lawyer Payambé López, the father of the governor of Tabasco, has died



At dawn this Sunday a lawyer and a notary were killed, Payambé López Falconi, Father of the governor of Tabasco, Adam Augusto López Hernández and the president’s close friends, Andrés Manuel López Obrador.

Through his social media, the president of the state released the news of a sensitive death, along with a photo of his 88-year-old father.

“A few hours ago, my father Payambé López Falconi, a lawyer and notary public, died, leaving us the example of a generous man and an extraordinary father. Calm down! ”Wrote the governor of Tabasco.

López Falconi was one of the notaries who supported the new democratic movement he led since the 1980s. Andrés Manuel López Obrador, was almost one of the people closest to the current President of the Republic when he was banned from Tabasco.

Who was Payambé López Falconi?

She was the husband of Professor Aurora Hernández de López, with whom she had four children: Adán Augusto, Rosalinda, Silvia and Melchor López Hernández.

CDMX Prime Minister Claudia Sheinbaum expressed solidarity with the sensitive loss of her counterpart in Tabasco.
