As we know, a new generation of consoles has just arrived, and with this landing, we’ve seen how the units have fared. It was a huge depletion of PlayStation and Xbox from all of their consoles, even with player claims. Now, the Xbox CEO has come out to apologize for the lack of units created for the Xbox Series x and Series S.
This was revealed in an interview with GlitchCon by Phil Spencer, and the manager spoke about console sales. He also revealed that the production of new units is being done to meet the high demand on the console. On the other hand, he made sure that the demand was too high, which is why they could not offer it to all the players.
“My main request over and over again is, ‘It’s hard to get consoles right now,’ and I’m really sorry for that. I mean, we’ve been doing it for almost two months and I’ve tried to go to as many stores as possible, but the demand is too great. The developers did a wonderful job, which means it’s a crazy year with all sorts of wonderful games and obstacles to get to the platforms, so congratulations to all the teams, both Sony and us, and all the third parties for being able to do that. is, ”Spencer said.
