Baaba Maal received the African Honor Music Prize on Thursday




Dakar, Nov. 28 (APS). Baaba Maal will hear the voice of the director of the orchestra "Dandé Lenol". The African Music Prize at the Goethe Institute in Dakar will be receiving the 2017 Honor Prize for Music. APS.


The African Music Foundation, the non-profit African Foundation Foundation, has been awarded a prize to a musician from different African countries annually.


"Artists in the music industry in their country have emphasized the work, and, in general, the continent," said the source.


The Nairobi, Kenya, was held on November 14, 2016 at the first African Honorary Music Prize. The award was presented to Baaba Maal.

"The prestigious award celebrates the musical career of Baba Maal in the last three decades," says the statement.

The winner will share the twelfth edition of "The blues of the river" this time. More information about the edition, which will be held from December 7 to 9, 2016.
