Železnice Slovenskej republiky (ŽSR) and unions have agreed on the text of the collective agreement 2019-2020.
However, there is no permanent increase in sales, so negotiations will continue on this issue. Michal Lukáč, spokeswoman ŽSR, said after negotiating for employer negotiation.
The new collective agreement, from January 1 until December 31, 2020, Lukáš guarantees the worker's benefits as well as the Labor Code and allows the collection of a social fund. The agreement does not raise the final rise of wages, so negotiations for growth in salary 2019 and 2020 will continue.
At the time, both sides agreed that the employer would pay a monthly premium of 45 euros, that is, based on the work hours of the calendar month. This premium, according to Luké, will be part of the January discount.
The CEO of ŽSR Juraj Tkáčé praised the trade unions' view of negotiations. "I believe that the growth of rent will be shut down in the shortest possible time and at the same time we can guarantee financial stabilization of the company," he said.
Darina Fabuľová, the chief representative of the trade unions union (OZŽ), said that the trade union leader was the main negotiator when trade unions negotiated in a diligent manner, knowing that there was a need to establish a collective bargaining agreement for employees to benefit from. "We conclude a collective agreement for the renewal of the social dialogue and the end of social reconciliation," added Fabuľová.
The trade unions were called a strike emergency on January 11. The reason was that the employer had access to the collective business. The "Coincidence on social reconciliation" has underlined the expiration of the collective agreement between the ŽSR 2017-2018 on 31st December 2018 and the unilateral internal regulation of the General Director.
This regulation, according to trade unions, has been decided independently and, without agreeing to the social partners, to guarantee the selected benefits.
