It is prepared according to a typical fondue recipe (50% Vacherin fribourgeois and 50% Gruyère) and bread (price: 17 francs). "Fondue is not rechauded, but it is heated in the oven," says Blick's spokesman.
If you are really hungry, you can order traditional cold cuts (Plättli) with dried meats, raw ham and Gruyères salami with 15 French.
