Gladys Requena said on Wednesday that citizens "will defend their lives", Nicolás Maduro, though "if they force their stones to eat".
"Our people will not be amazed, we must do everything we need, if we eat stones, we will eat them." Hugo Chávez's dream will be defended in our lives, "Requena told the media.
The General Director took part in a meeting with senior adults in the capital, as President Juan Guaidó responded to the actions of the temporary president.
