Luisa Ortega Díaz, general exile lawyer, on Tuesday, decided on the decision of the Supreme Court (TSJ) to nominate the president of Student Federation of the University of Carabobo, Jessica Bello Barreto.

The prosecutor said that measures have ratified the thesis that the government maintains in the Venezuelan kidnappings.

"This action against the University of Carabobo presumably tyranny institutions kidnaps their imposing misconduct and continues to be the Venezuelan army," Ortega published on Twitter.

The prosecutor has also made the institutions organize themselves, because they do not describe the criminal decision that violates their rights.

"They must arrange for students not to accept this criminal decision that does not violate their rights," he added.
