Specifically, from early 2015 to April 2016, Chung reiterated many of his children by K.C. (SN 2007, 3rd grade students) in the computer room, then raped and confused in the office.
From the beginning of March 2013 to the middle of 2016, during the weekly break, Chung repeatedly called TL (SN 2007, third grade) to the student's room and once Chung's actions with the grandchildren.
From the beginning of December to the end of February 2016 Chung called the name of A. T.'s son (SN 2009, 1st grade) to work in the office and behave repeatedly.
Later, the children reported to parents and family who sent the authorities to denounce Nguyen Quang Chung's corrupt behavior.
However, during the investigation, Nguyen Quang Chung did not recognize his breaches and stigmatized him. In April 2016, the Nam Giang District Attorney's Office asked for a survey of the damage and injury of the victims.
Based on the evidence gathered, the CSDT police station in Quang Nam has decided to pursue criminal proceedings, detaining Chungot for two charges of "desire for children" and "rape".
As a result of the trial, the Quang Nam People's Court Trial Chamber sentenced Nguyen Quang Chung for 24 years in prison for the two punishments.
