The Carlos Ghosn team's defense team has made a third request for the Nissan Motor president's faith.
The tribunals applied to the Tokyo Court on Thursday.
Ghosn has been arrested for more than 100 days since his arrest in November.
He underlined the executive clearing on Nissan's securities reports.
Likewise, it will charge a serious error of reliability unless the company funds are transferred.
Ghosn's lawyers abducted two orders last month, but both were dismissed.
Junichiro Hironaka, a well-known nonprofit profile lawyer, has recently joined Ghosn's defense team.
According to Japanese law, there is no limit to make a limitation request.
The sources say that Ghosn said he wanted his initial request to travel to France, but said the second attempt failed to be in Japan.
