The Experian-Clearscore merger will hurt the competition – UK watchdog

(Reuters) – British antimonopoly authorities said Wednesday, in Experian Plc's ClearScore's competition profits may reduce the industry competition, causing product development and hurting customers.

Experian, the world's largest credit data company, said the Contest and the Market Authority (CMA) had discontinued the interim findings.

Authorities will be doing their worries to predict worries, before the recent CMA report is published at the beginning of the new year, it has been added to Experian.
